02 August 2014 the mode doesnt matter what is imp whether any loan is advanced or not is material for attracting these section.

04 August 2014 Sir there is unsecured loan and balance exceeds rs.20000 (I.e.345800) then ecs ,rtgs,neft is allowed?

05 August 2014 sec 269SS and T refer to "otherwise then by a/c payee cheque or draft" so i guess all the above are hit by this provisions.
