Respected Experts
for licencing of a Sec 25 Co form 24A is to be submitted to the Registerer of Company & then the News is to be published into 2 News papers - as per the procedure that News Paper ads is also to be intimated to ROC - Now the Question is how to intimate such News Paper ads to ROC - is it manually or through any e form

It can be done manually and also through e-form 62.

Hi,
I agree with Mr. Sanjay.
This can be done with e-Form 62 which is for submission of documents with ROC.
If you compare this scenario with buy-back of shares, a Declaration of Solvency is required to be filed for which no form is prescribed.
For such submissions, one can use Form 62
