the assessee is filing the income tax return for the first time having income from business and profession as per finance act 2016, 234 c interest will not be charged but the system is not calculating the interest under section 234 even which shall be charged?

for Ay 13-14. .. it's first time return .... 234b and 234c is not bring calculated?
