what type of contract include in 194c&whether tds is requried to be deducted in case of repair.
. if i pay the amount of rs 1000 &

Yes if u have estimated that ur amount exceeds the maximum limit then u can deduct TDS.
But in case ur limit doesn't exceeds the maximum limit then u must refund the amount or deposit to govt. a/c .
