I am a sebi registered sub-broker in stock exchange with brokerage refund less than Rs. 20 lacs per annum. Do I need to register under GST?

Yes. Registration needed. Commission and Brokerage businesses are not applicable for the limit of 20L. They ll be register in any of the turn over......
