I heve not yet received 143(1) for A Y 2014-15. I am a professional with income less than 10 lacs and filed ITR 4 ,I am a senior citizen.Is there any chance of scrutiny, as notice for scrutiny for AY 2014-15 can be issued upto sept 30 2015.I am little worried. pl guide me.Thanks

You can make online request for issue of intimation u/s 143(1).
Assessing Officer's has no Power to select a Income Tax cases for Scrutiny, as the Process of Selecting Scrutiny cases is free of human intervention.
There are certain mandatory criteria and if you fall within that you will get selected which is done by electronic platform called the Computer Assisted Scrutiny System (CASS).
