02 July 2014 hello i am a cs foundation student.I started cs preparation with great confidence but nowdays i lack it as i have heared that scope of cs is no more now in india is it true

02 July 2014 i too had heard that there is no scope of education in india

so what dear

these rumours are just from the people who are even not able to clear foundation exams..

just ignore these rumours

scope is always there for talents,hard workers and professional in india.. we are a developing country.. so scope will always increase

02 July 2014 Not true. With tge implementation of Companies Act 2013 the level of compliance has increased for all type of Companies and only a CS can handle that. So scope of work for CS is getting wider. A CS also a KMP as per Companies Act 2013. So please do not loose confidence abd rest assured of a rewarding career with CS.

03 July 2014 Agree with the opinion of experts mentioned above.

There is nothing to worry about the career as a Company Secretary. Now relevant amendment has been made by the Ministry of corporate affairs in the Companies Act, 2013 to strengthen the CS profession. All these amendments will increase the employment opportunities for company secretaries.
