Hi,
I just wanted to confirm that amount paid to other company as share application money for purchasing its shares will be shown under "Investment or loans and advances" heading in assets side.

They should be part of Loans and advances as the application money is a kind of advance until and unless allotment is made.

If share is not alloted then it should be shown under Loans & Advance
