is schedule III applicable for FY 2013-14 Balance Sheet?? Is there any new requirement for other than holding co. or just a name change?

For FY 2013-14 revised Schedule VI is applicable. Schedule III of Companies Act 2013 will be applicable from FY 2014-15.
