can you please tell me how to prepare balance sheet as per schedule 3 & what is deference between schedule 3 revised schedule 6. and the format of schedule 3.

10 February 2015 Except for addition of general instructions for preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS), the format of financial statements given in the Companies Act, 2013 is the same as the revised Schedule VI notified under the Companies Act, 1956.
