Dear Expert,
A charges has been satisfied 5 years ago but till now form-8 has not been filed. Please tell me the penalty to be paid in respect of same? Is there any problem if we file the same now or any other option available with us?
Plz support your ans with relevant provisions or case law..

Hi
For satisfaction of charge you need to File For-17 with additional fee and also face CLB petition for late filing.
