IN SAP HOW TO REVERSE THE REVERSAL DOCUMENTS ? WHAT IS THE TRANSACTION CODE? PLS PROVIDE THE STEPVISE DETAILS?

Use FB08 for reversing the document. U will able to understand the steps to be followed when u try to do it.
For mass reversal (many reversal documents are there then use F.80 tcode.

yes.f.08 for single reversal and f.80 for mass reversal
