Pls tell me any duty effect when i send a sample to my client . if yes whats actually effects in excise and commercial tax in West Bengal

for Commercial tax : no vat is payable on samples distributed FREE.

2. what should be the posting in JV ?
3. any notification or section , pls mention in the both the case
