I need a sample of credit note issued by supplier for decrease in price with gst. Pl provide me a link or sample of such type of credit note as required for issuance of such credit note.

If possible could you give sample of credit note for 50 p price reduction for 30000 metres and gst @5% . How credit note will be prepared for above rate difference of 50p per metre? Pl make credit note with details with Mr x as supplier and Mr A as buyer!!

In gst does both supplier and buyers need to issue credit note and debit note respectively?

Only supplier has to issue credit/debit note.
