22 July 2021 An existing proprietor company is getting converted to partnership firm. The name of the firm is to be maintained the same. will new gst number for partnership firm be given for the same firm name and the same address. The proprietor company gst will be surrendered later after 2-3 months overlap.

24 July 2021 You can surrender later but it is advisable to surrender if just after getting new license.
