Mr uthor, For making a registration under Haryana VAT Act you have to fill up Form VAT A2 along with photos and documents for identification of owner/partner etc,ownership/renting of premises,other licences,bank a/c proof etc. The department will demand some fees and security for registration.As usual,an inspection will be done vat office staff and a report will be filed. On this basis a vat registration certificate will be issued. Now it may be possible to do on-line also. Visit www.hvat.nic.in web site for details......MJK
