I am selling Bedsheets outside Maharashtra. I have purchased material and got the bedsheets printed on job work basis.
Do I need to charge Sales Tax if the Sales Value is only Rs. 1,00,000? The amount is not big.

Are you a registered dealer under M VAT?
If you are, then this transaction comes under the ambit of CST. Apply the CST accordingly.

Not registered under M VAT since we have never sold for 5 lacs or more in a year.
this is the first time we are selling bedsheets outside Maharashtra and the value is small. Should CST be collected and if yes, at what rate.

If u r unregistered dealer under M Vat, dont charge any tax.
