05 June 2010 there is a bill which is related to CST Sales agst C-form of March and now in april the full bill's sales amt is return to us. plz tell me the treatment of this sales return in which month and if it is taken in the april month then what about the sale bill fig. which is entrd in the march return as sale agst c-form.

07 June 2010 As per the settled laws, the sales returns (under CST Act) is to be adjusted against the year in which the sale was originally made. So, in your case, I think you should file a revised return for the month of March 2010.
