Sir, We have to Make payment of Last year i.e. (FY-2016-17) and upto 30.06.2017, Can we pay without charging GST (RCM: URD)

Incase you have already provided the expenses & liability in the books you can pay without GST, incase you are providing expenses and creating liability in the current period then GST will apply
