Is it mandatory to give sales bill inclusive of Mvat (i.e. MVAT is not charged seperately); to all unregistered dealer, even if seller is registered dealer??
And if yes, do we have to maintain different bill format for inclusive vat transactions???

For registered dealer, the bill/invoice should be TAX INVOICE. Let us say some of the unregistered buyers are not asking for that, still you need to keep the track. Now next is INCLUSIVE bill. Currently there is no such notion like INCLUSIVE. (Earlier it was very much there in MVAT and hence people are continuing with that)
