Is there sales tax applicable for a sale of tender? If so, what is the rate?

No VAT on sale of tender documents

I would like to differ from Mr Ramesh. VAT is always charged and collected on sale of tender documents by private ,public sector and govt authorities at full rate,say 14.5%... mjk
