14 June 2014 a client had made an registered agreement with his customer in 2012 but the property was not registered and now the customer wants the property to be registered but due to increase in circle rate the value of the property has increased.Now the question arises that on what amount will the builder has to pay tax, on old value or new value ?

14 June 2014 sec 50C is applicable and value adopted by stamp valuation authoirty for the prupose pf payment of stamp duty shall be applicable.
