My friend have 3 brother they sale thier late father's shop on 90 lakh and distribut equal 30 lakh among all 3 of them so, what's the tax libility aries to my friend or is any tax saving schems . They want to get monthly interest.

liability shall arise under capital gains. you can reinvest under 54f to claim exemption. or 54ec.
