06 February 2014 An ABC company is manufacturing Corrugated Cartons. It sells cartons to tune of 2 cr annually against H form to an exporter & sell cartons to tune of 1.4 cr annually to a domestic user. Do they have to club both the sales and register with excise or whether sale against H form can be excluded.
