23 November 2014 I am wkg. in a firm having Basic salary of Rs.15,000/- and DA Rs.350/-, with following deduction PF, ESIC, PT. After all deduction I am getting in hand Rs.13,087.50. I want to know in case if I want less deduction (how to prepare for the salary structure so that my home take is more. Please let me know as it is very urgent.Thanks

24 November 2014 Include HRA, conveyance allowance (Rs. 800 per month), other allowance.

Since PF is calculated on Basic + DA, try to minimize these components.
