Salary - Mobile Exp Claim Non Reimbursable by Employer

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
As a salaried employee in India, you generally cannot claim deductions for non-reimbursable mobile and internet expenses under the Income Tax Act. While you have bills, these costs are typically not allowed as deductions for employees. The only potential avenue would be if you were running a separate business, allowing you to transfer these costs to business expenses, but this is not applicable for standard employment.
