08 September 2017 Dear experts, if person receiving salary by working in shop and his employer not issued form 16 then is it any problem occured after filling for mismatch?

16 September 2017 income received Rs 10000 to 12000 in cash working in shop and no form 16 is issued then no problem to match income with form 16 ?

16 September 2017 Dear Ashish., No more logic in your view. Bcoz, The employee less than 1.5lakhs.Then how to give Form 16 by employee...? Why/What purpose you want Form 16...?

16 September 2017 i not need form 16, i just want to ask if any amount of salary is received but not form 16 then is problem of 143(1)a can occured ?
