03 June 2009 if a salaried person is dies in between ay 2009-10 his income is taxable under salary
and is their is any special deductions n allowences is available for him.

03 June 2009 If the salaried assessee dies, then the return shall be filed by the legal heir or legal representative as the case may.All deductions which were allowed to deceased assessee will allow to legal heir but no other deduction will be allowed.
