Is it copulsorry to file return by assessee
having income from salary only and where
no refund and no tax paid situation? kindly advice me thanks....

19 January 2013 In case the income is not taxable, no need to file a a return.

If Income is taxable and whole tax has been deducted as TDS , it is advisable to file a return.
