Can any tell me how a salary structure is designed for an employee.
i.e., how much percentage of H.R will be in basic and D.A.

HRA can be 40% or 50% on basic, if metro 50% non metro 40%
according to tax exemption components can be decided. there is no limit for maximum components
Basic, HRA,DA Transport allowance, LTA, Medical, PF,Food, Children education allowance and hotel expenses allwance etc.
