01 June 2013 1) Can anyone confirm whether Sodexho coupons are eligible for exemption or deduction- if yes whether it is upto Rs. 50 per meal or any amount.
2) Whether any perquisite is to added for employee owning car and using partly for office and whether insurance, chauffer salary etc is deductible, if reimbursed, and any limit if specified.
3) If an employee has recd. part of Rs.15000 medical reimbursement and left his job can a person claim the balance from his other non-salary income or while filing the return from the same salary but revising his deduction to Rs.15000 while filing his annual return.
