Wheather HRA is calculated on (Basic + DA+ Comm.) aggred or on (Basic+ HA+ Comm.) earned?

I am asking whether on (Basic + Da ) decided or on (Basic + DA) earned.
As many employers gives basic and other allowances on the basic of no of days worked. so the basic earned and basic decided may be different..

it basically depends upon the employment agreement between employer and employee.
As has been answered by Mr Kaviraja Addangadi, in most of the cases it is calculated on (Basic+DA)

HRA is calculated on Basic + DA actually earned by employee.
