Mr X salary employee working in ABC ltd from 01/04/2014 to 30/06/2014 and join XYZ ltd on 01/07/2014 to 31/03/2014 and his salary as below:
From ABC ltd Rs.200000.00
From XYZ ltd Rs.650000.00
Mr X has not inform about his previous employer to new employer and in form 16 abc ltd has not be shown.
ABC ltd has not deduct the TDS and now filing return what should I do.
Kindly reply on urgent.
