What are the mandatory components of the salary?
Will the PF and ESI and Gratuity will form part of CTC?

23 January 2015 Payment of Bonus Act, Provident Fund Act, ESI ACT, Payment of Gratuity Act...If these acts are applicable to the concerned organisation, then the payment of bonus, PF, ESI, Gratuity respectively is mandatory.

CTC represents Cost To Company.
