An employees is lives in rented premises at Delhi and claims benefit of Rent paid against HRA. He also owned a house in Faridabad and want to claim deduction for interest paid on Such housing Loan.
Whether in such Circumstances, can he claim benefits of both HRA on Rent Paid and Interest on Housing Loan ?

yes , he can claim both the deduction for HRA and also for the deduction of interest on house loan in faridabad

If due to your service you are staying in delhi than you can consider your house as deemed self occupied and claim interest on that

Yes he can because there is no any such type restriction has been imposed u/s 10(13A) ,i.e., HRA.
But that restriction has been levied u/s 80GG.

sir 80GG is for the self employed but not for the salaried persons
