Is SA numbers are compulsory to write in CA-IPCC Exam.
and is there any restriction on doing CA & CS together.

Its not mandatory but quoting SA no will fetch you higher marks. So advisable to make a synopsis of Imp SA so that its easy to remember.
No restrictions on doing CA & CS together. You can pursue one additional course of study during with CA Articleship by submitting form 112.
