Our co has paid income tax liability more than 2 lakhs in last 2 previous years....are we not supposed to follow rule 86(b) for this year?
Income tax payment here i mean paid through advance tax too like
tax liability-10 lakhs
Advance tax paid-9.5 lakhs
Self assessment-50000
