Can anyone please help on an issue regarding the refund of excise duty paid for the packing material used to export the rice manufactured by the assessee.
Assessee is not claiming any Duty drawback but has got EPCG License for the Import of some machinery (I dont know whether this effect the situation of assessee or not)
