03 May 2015 if expenditure Incurred in providing service inclueable in value of taxable services as per Rule 5 of Service tax determination of value rules 2006 .. then upto what extent can we rely on the judgement in case Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats pvt Ltd? ?

04 May 2015 It is purely a technical query.we can not depend on one High Court order.It mau be appealled against and the apex court may reverse the decision.Further the High Court decision is applicable in the area of its Jurisdiction and that too till the time the Higher Court gives some decision.It is advisable to wait till the final order and till such time it shd be tracked to find out whether the Apex Court has given any STAY innthe matter.tks n rgds sagar mal pareek 9824346469 smpfca@gmail.com
