Rule 39 of companies(incorporation) rules

07 May 2018 As per rule 39 of companies (incorporation) rule,2014 it is provided that a co. Other than section 8 co. Can convert itself into co. Ltd. By shares.. why can a sec8 co. Do so.???

08 May 2018 39(1) - A company other than a company registered under section 25 of the
Companies Act, 1956 or section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 may convert
itself into a company limited by shares.
Also see rule 21 and 22.

Inference - Section 8 company can be converted into company limited by shares.
