12 August 2025 1. Can partially used RoDTEP scrip be sold?
No, RoDTEP scrip is a non-transferable and non-negotiable document in terms of partial sale.

If you have partially used the scrip to claim remission on exports, the remaining balance cannot be split or partially sold.

The entire scrip must be either used fully by the holder or transferred/sold as a whole, if transferable.

2. Can RoDTEP scrip be sold partially or fully?
As per current guidelines:

RoDTEP scrips are transferable but only as a whole.

Partial sale or transfer of RoDTEP scrip is not allowed.

You can sell/transfer the entire balance value of the scrip to another eligible person or firm.
You need to be the querist or approved CAclub expert to take part in this query .
