Auditor is having internet banking facility in only Bank of India's account.
Auditor does not want to register for online banking in other account because of higher fraud risks.
Problem is that MCA does not accept payment from Bank of India.
Can a director of the company (registered on MCA portal) upload form 23B?

it is the responsibility of auditor to intimate to roc about his acceptance and need to submit form 23B
.

payment can be done using credit card also look on this..

however your auditor can upload form 23B using paylater option and using this SRN number your director can pay challan fee

Yes, a director can upload Form-23B with using DSC of auditor for filing with ROC.
