i am filing form 20B. In form 20B column no.15 asked for shareholder list. plz guide us for a format of shareholder list.

"Whether complete list of share holders, debenture holders has been enclosed as attachment
In case No, then submit the details of all the share holders, debenture holders in a CD
seperately with the office of Registrar of Companies"
Details of share holders, debenture holders are mentioned in annual return that we send as attachment, in case where there are huge details same can be submitted in the required format in a CD with the registrar.
