I file Form 2 with wrong information now i want to modify this
What is the proper way to modify to Form 2

You have to file the form 2 again after carry out your mistakes.
How you make correct the Form-2 already filed with ROC, what would be the details of capital increase if the same is already given. You have any experience of filing Form-2 twice of the same capital. Please clarify, because I also have the same doubt.

I dont know about the exact error on the form 2. Generally any rectification on the annual filing forms to be made through filing the same form with corrections. On that view, i have advice him to file the rectified form 2.
It means you have not filed any corrected revised Form-2 with ROC. So we can concern with MCA for the same, right sir.Thanks sir for your suggestion.
