Is MBP-1 Form required to be filed compulsory...??
That is if director is not having any interest in any other Company or firm than is it mandatory to file MBP-1 as per Comapnies Act 2013..???

1. Director has to NECESSARILY give MBP-1 to the company.
2. Company, in turn, has to file MGT-14 attaching therewith copy of the board resolution in which MBP-1 is considered. However, there are divergent views as regards attaching MBP-1 in MGT-14.
