Form FC-4

This is the Annual Return for foreign companies with a place of business in India.

Financial Statements

The foreign company must file financial statements (audited) of its Indian operations.

These are usually filed along with Form FC-4.

Due Dates:
Form FC-4 and financial statements must be filed within 6 months from the end of the financial year (which is generally March 31).
