03 July 2014 I filed a Form MGT-14 with Roc. Payment deducted by Bank but webpage not redirecting to mca site showing webpage error. What should I do to get refund or to get SRN ? Please help me

03 July 2014 As per my advice you should visit your banker to verify the transaction. Only they can help to get the information regarding transaction and payment deduction. In case transaction failed they will help you to get the payment back into your account.

03 July 2014 If payment is made omline and SRN (challan GAR-7)is not generated, MCA will credit the amount in your bank account with in 48 hours.
Moreover, you have to file MGT-14 afresh.
