AFTER DOWNLOADING E-FORMS(20B, 23AC, 23ACA) FILE FROM MCA.GOV.IN SITE, WHY THE SIZE OF THE FILE INCREASES AT THE TIME OF SAVING? IS THERE ANY WAY TO REDUCE THE SAME?
WE CANNOT UPLOAD THE WINZIP FILE AT SITE. ONLY PDF FILE WILL BE UPLOADED

Mr. Laxman,Winzip the file.. The size will get reduced definitely.

Please check the setting of your Scanner and scan the documents at lower dpi. It will reduce the size of document.
Do not save the E form again & again. In one shot fill the details in form and attach the document and sign the E form.

General Reserve is a profit amount. It is shown under balancesheet (Liabilities). But it is profit belonging to shareholders.
