Dear Sir,
ROC Annual Returns forms has been updated on option of pay later. We we have not paid the tax in due date . it gets lapse for more than 2 Months .What should be done now, whether we have to upload the forms again or any other proceedure please help

If the payment is not made within the expiry date as mentioned on the eChallan, the SRN shall be cancelled and no service shall be delivered in respect of the SRN.Hence you need upload forms again along with additional fee if any applicable.
