Someone may please see the following and if possible, give reply:

Query 1

Can I proceed filing in the usual manner for previous years till fye 31.03.12
or
are there any changes due to the enactment of new CA 2013 - 98 sections w.e.f. 12th instant?

Don't worry....

You can file their previous year filing under the Companies Act, 1956. The new provision will not apply.
